Forward March! is Two Down's second album, released within 6 months of Origins?. The album (in Two Down style) was recorded in an alternative way, the band set themselves limits on production to create an album of simplicity, but aggressive and profound in it's delivery. The album was therefore recorded in a week, using a maximum of four tracks per song. This would mean that the drums would have to be recorded with other instruments, just to make room for the vocal overdubs.

This method of recording an album proved extremely difficult and the band openly admit that the album has a sound that exemplifies the philosophy of the time, however it lacks the production values of modern recordings. This compromise leaves the album with a unique sound and feeling, melding genres, sounds and tones to battle it's way through your speakers.

The album was written, recorded, mixed and mastered by Two Down at their studio in Brighton in 2008.
